Protein is absolutely necessary, in order to establish muscle mass, since there is no other nutrient everywhere, to the muscle fiber changes can.  As you continue your workouts, you reach a situation where your muscles are torn and broken as a result. Although plenty of protein can be consumed in the form of whole foods, bodybuilders typically use a combination of beef, foul (chicken, turkey), fish, protein shakes, and protein supplements in powder or liquid form.  Most bodybuilders find out very quickly, if they didn’t know already, how important protein is, and they will eat high protein food such as tuna. It is a very effective manner to obtain protein to establish the mass of muscle.
